Humidity Analyse Device
Sampling
Plastic samples selected from the production line are sent to the laboratory for moisture analysis. These samples are taken from other parts in the production line and create representative samples reflecting the overall production quality.
Moisture Determination (Hygrometer or Karl Fischer Method)
The moisture content of plastic materials is measured using advanced devices. Two main methods are used:
Hygrometer Method: With this method, a measurement of the humidity in the air is made and this is related to the amount of moisture on the surface of the material.
Karl Fischer Titration: Karl Fischer, a chemical method, allows moisture content to be measured with high precision, especially in samples with low moisture content.
Data Analysis
After the measurement results are collected, the obtained data is analyzed in detail. The moisture content is evaluated in terms of compliance with the product specifications. The analysis determines the ideal moisture levels for each material and indicates the moisture content that should be provided during the production process.
Monitoring and Reporting
Humidity levels are monitored regularly and this data is reported systematically. Since humidity levels must be kept within a certain range during each production process, humidity analysis results are processed into production process reports. When the products reach the specified humidity level, mass production is started.
