Teknika Plast has created Clean Room areas for products that require sensitive production. These special production environments enable us to produce high quality and safe products by minimizing dust, particles and contaminants. Clean room technology is of critical importance especially in the production of parts used in the electronics, automotive and white goods sectors.
Clean Room Usage Areas
Teknika Plast uses Clean Room technology, especially in integration with IMD (In-Mold Decoration),ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) technologies. Also all serigrapy, pad printing and lexan productions are made in clean rooms. These areas are optimized for making aesthetic and durable prints on electronic components and sensitive surfaces that need to be protected from static electricity. It also provides an environment where molds and parts are manufactured and assembled with high precision.
