6-Axis Robot

Teknika Plast currently uses a 6-axis robot to make production processes more efficient. This robot is used to perform parts addition and removal operations from injection machines. The advantages of the 6-axis robot include speed, safety and stable operation. Robot technology makes production processes faster and more error-free, while also increasing work safety and minimizing human errors. 

Teknika Plast plans to take a step towards the concept of dark factories in the future in line with its sustainable production goals. Such factories are facilities where human intervention is minimized and will operate with fully automated production lines. This goal will be achieved with increased use of robots and new investments, and production processes will be made more efficient, sustainable and error-free.
