Laser Cuttıng – Lexan - Inlay

Our Laser Cutting Department uses advanced camera laser machines for cutting pc/pmma sheets and plastic materials used in white goods, automotive, electronics, industrial equipment and many other sectors. These systems cut pc/pmma sheets and mayers with high speed and precision, making them ready for the next process stages. Camera systems provide high accuracy in cutting processes, minimize the margin of error and increase the efficiency of production processes.

Types of raw materials suitable for laser cutting

  • Acrylic (PMMA - Polymethylmethacrylate): It is a preferred material in terms of transparency and aesthetics and is quite suitable for laser cutting. It can be found in various colors and thicknesses.
  • Lexan (PC - Polycarbonate): It is a type of plastic known for its high impact resistance and heat resistance. When cut with a laser, it can be shaped with high precision and is used in various applications thanks to its transparency.
  • PVC (Polyvinylchloride): It is a material suitable for laser cutting and widely used in various industries. It offers advantages such as flexibility, durability and easy processability.
  • PETG (Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol): This material, known for its transparency and durability, gives very smooth results during the laser cutting process and is used in various industrial applications.
  • Polystyrene (PS): Polystyrene, a lightweight and easily processable material, is an easy option to cut in laser cutting machines. It is widely used in the packaging and advertising sector.
  • ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene): It is a material that offers high impact resistance and durability. It can be laser cut and is used in various industrial applications.
  • Nylon (Polyamide): Nylon, which is a strong and durable material, is also suitable for laser cutting. It is used in automotive and industrial applications due to its durability.
  • Polypropylene (PP): Polypropylene, which is a light, flexible and durable plastic, is a suitable material for laser cutting. It is generally preferred in packaging and industrial applications.
  • Delrin (POM - Polyacetal): This material, which has high friction resistance and low expansion coefficient, can be laser cut and is used in mechanical parts.
