It meticulously tests the critical properties of plastic raw materials used in the production process, such as burning resistance, electrical conductivity and durability. In addition, the products produced are compared with reference samples and their compliance with technical specifications such as weight, size and cosmetic surface is evaluated. While production is ongoing, our quality control teams take samples from the production lines at various times throughout the day, compare these samples with the technical specifications in the reference sample and ensure standardization of production. This process ensures continuity of product quality and customer satisfaction.
